Detox? Who ME?

If you're anything like me, the thought of detoxing is not very enticing.  For one thing, I was a hardcore coffee drinker and I never imagined I could give that up. Honestly, I didn't want to. 

I'm not even sure why I gave it a try, but I think it's because my husband agreed to tackle it with me. We both underwent a 10-day detox and I've never felt better in my life.  I lost 6 pounds and I have broken my coffee addiction.  

It's only 10 days.  The first few days without coffee were really hard, but you can do it and I promise it's totally worth it.
